YOUR MISSION

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Warehouse team, process, and procedure improvement initiatives
• Escalation point for team members on complex matters
• Supporting the Unit strategy and planning in line with workload demands and business operations
• Driving change, developing new ideas, creating future vision
• Developing and implementing warehouse operation plans together with the Head of Equipment, and collaborating on other warehouse-related topics, important business decisions and strategies
• Supporting customization of equipment and materials required for projects
• Monitoring quality check, maintenance, and service routines for all equipment
• Monitoring the workshop maintenance and service
• Ensuring the ERP system is correctly utilized by all respective team members.
