Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for receipt, warehousing, internal and external dispatch of all goods, as well as tracking and documenting operations according to company standards.
You will ensure that warehouse areas are well organized and operating efficiently to support internal and external materials planning, sourcing and shipping.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Arranging the acceptance, storage and distribution of goods from the warehouse along with proper documentation of the process.
  • Support with incoming and outgoing goods inspection, and blocking stock management
  • Constantly contribute to the company’s warehouse procedures improvement
  • Carrying out stock checks and inventory accounting
  • Support of supplier quality and facility management
  • Support process development and optimization within your area of responsibility

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, flexible and responsive person who has very good organizational skills and can work as a team player in an agile and international environment. Further requirements are:

  • Completed technical or economic education
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in aviation or automotive
  • Experience with high-voltage components, batteries, and hazardous goods
  • Good knowledge of all MS Office programs (including Excel) and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of quality management system principles
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Advanced German language skills
