We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our global team. This is a full-time role in our South Granville Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will take charge of the daily management of our fulfillment warehouse.
You will be responsible for managing the Warehouse in regard to all stock and freight movements and implementing improvements within the warehousing environment. This role will closely work with the Operations Manager and will also manage the warehouse staff to optimise their productivity while meeting all aspects of OHS and cost objectives.

You will:

  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organising, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
  • Manage staff on a daily basis and give direction according to the daily priorities.
  • Plan and organise - sets clearly defined objectives; plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances; manages time effectively; identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks; monitors performance against deadlines and milestones.
  • Communicate transparently and regularly with the senior management team around wins and opportunities to ensure warehouse operations are optimised for current and future operational needs.
  • Comply with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice, as well as Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Policy and Standards relevant to area of responsibility.
