We are Importer and Distributor of over 800 products, catering to the FMCG sector.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to drive our brands in to retail outlets across New Zealand. We pride ourselves on providing fantastic customer service for our diverse customers with our wide range of products.

We are currently seeking a strong person to join our team. This is an exciting and multi-faceted position which will see your skill set sit across the Distribution/Managing the Warehouse functions, with some knowledge and understanding of business operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining business workflow. You have to look after the whole North Island region such as Waikato, Bay of island, Northland region for Distribution of wide range of products. To be successful in this role, you will have ability to form strong relationship with our Supplier and Customers, should also benefit to the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determining, implementing and monitoring distribution strategies, policies and plans.
  • Manage warehouse and storage areas.
  • Have a good understanding of locations and storage plans
  • Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, safe orderly fashion.
  • Managing preparation of tasks for warehouse team prioritizing workflow.
  • Organize in and outbound deliveries. Manage the pack/unpack of vehicles; ensuring that all materials are stored safely.
  • Scheduling and allocating resources to ensure inbound and outbound inventory is managed without disruption to the rest of the business.
  • Monitor inventory system to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.

  • Training and developing new staff About you
  • Have an understanding and experience of FMCG Products
  • Have a relevant Business Qualification
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience as Warehouse Manager or equivalent role
  • A sound knowledge of H&S requirements, implementing efficient and safe work practices
  • Communication skills and a positive and collaborative nature
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong people leadership and management
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Have a great sense of humour
