Description:

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Keller Executive Search is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our client as a Warehouse Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented. As a Warehouse Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams within the company.
Location: San Antonio, Texas

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role in the FRESH PRODUCE industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience with RedLine Cooler Software or similar WMS/ ERP will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of a produce warehouse which include production, quality, receiving and shipping
  • Maintain focus on productivity, cost control, efficiencies and production equipment improvements
  • Monitor, evaluate and report KPIs to Senior Management
  • Monitor and enforce warehouse food safety, health and safety, and security programs and activities
  • Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and applicable industry policies and regulations
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships
  • Problem solve, negotiate, and address staff challenges
  • Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to company quality standards
