Our warehouses never stop running; 24 hours a day, you’ll play an essential part in keeping us moving. You’ll be crunching the numbers and handling the constant flow of incoming and outgoing orders with speed and accuracy, co-operating with colleagues across the distribution centre.
As a Non-Food Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operation of automation systems in our Distribution Centre, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly, and that any issues that arise are addressed promptly. You’ll also work closely with the management team, sharing your insights to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to make sure all our automated systems continue to function correctly.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the operation of automation systems in the Distribution Centre, including conveyors and sorters
  • Ensure that all automation equipment is operating at optimal levels and identify areas for improvement performing preventative maintenance
  • Proactively help your management team prepare for shifts and maintaining databases, tracking order trends and inventory support
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues and computer-based adjustments with the relevant systems (SAP and Visualisation)
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and changes to automation systems
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports working with the management team towards achieving department’s KPIs
  • Engage in the training of new colleagues
  • Keep everything clean and safe
  • Make sure the stock is processed to the highest standards
  • Carefully check goods and keep them moving into the warehouse

What you’ll need

  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment is extremely beneficial
  • To be confident working with moving equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Self-motivation, a can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights or weekends when required
