Warehouse Operations Executive

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Perform all stages of warehouse operations
• Assist with cargo receiving and parcel returning (if any)
• Resolve conflicts at the workplace (if any)
• Prepare inbound report and operations report
• Ensure delivery SLA are met with requirements
• Perform warehouse operations duties and provide oversight, planning or strategies for improvements
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues relating to delivery
• Close monitoring of backlogs to expedite on time deliveries with no past dues
• Responsible for the physical accountability of inventory, data integrity, timely update in system and KPI reporting such as receiving, store and issue goods and manage stock’s accuracy
• Identify, investigate, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Other warehousing tasks and ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Min. 3 year of experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills in order to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with good attention to details
