JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Labourer to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position also involves assisting with loading and unloading goods for delivery, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate must have physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
• Skills & Experience:
• Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 25Kg).
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in Asian languages (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Adherence to safety protocols and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift heavy objects.

• Receiving & Unloading: Assist in unloading shipments and organize incoming goods. Ensure proper inspection for any damages or discrepancies.
• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Inventory Handling: Assist in storing and organizing inventory, and support physical inventory counts.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including sweeping and basic housekeeping.
• Loading & Unloading for Delivery: Help load and unload goods onto delivery vehicles and assist with manual delivery to customers.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear. Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
