CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of success in managing teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience managing large teams in a dynamic warehouse environment, with the ability to motivate and develop your direct reports.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook are essential.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills with a focus on meeting KPIs and delivering measurable results.

HEALTH & SAFETY KNOWLEDGE:

A solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures is required. Possession of IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate is preferred but not essential.

EDUCATION:

A qualification in Maths and English at National Level 2 or equivalent is required

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead the daily operations of our modern warehouse, which incorporates both automated and manual processes. With a high volume of inbound and outbound activity, this is a key role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and take full responsibility for achieving key performance targets, ensuring high standards in safety, quality control, and operational efficiency are consistently met.
