REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Warehousing & Fulfillment Operations Experience
• In depth understanding of the systems (SAP)
• Stakeholder management (internal & external clients)
• Cost Conscious and convert data to make operational decisions

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible in leading and driving the operational teams to achieve daily operational and business targets to an agreed operating plan and budget.

• Efficient planning of workload, routines, MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and resource
• Keeping quality standards, accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, presentation of product
• Proactive associate development and leadership
• Maintain the health, safety and security of the warehouse
• Continuous process improvements through innovations

• Degree mandatory. MBA advantageous
