ROLE OVERVIEW

This Warehouse Manager will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for millions of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Leadership and management of the operational teams responsible for KPI, performance, quality control & outbound logistics.
• Development and engagement of Warehouse colleagues.
• Managing demand against available resources, ensuring quality control standards are being adhered to, maintaining required delivery performance and customer service levels.
• Own the evaluation of operational performance through data compilation and analysis.
• Provide timely operational reporting and monitoring of operational KPIs to maintain efficiency and reduce risk.
• Work collaboratively with the production teams to optimise outcomes, controlling cost and service delivery performance.
• Act as a role model of professional operational management, delivering timely, pragmatic, and high-quality decision making to meet the needs of the company and our customers.
• Implement a culture of lean and ways of working across the entire site.
• Improve colleague and store customer experience through enhanced processes and an attitude of continuous improvement.
