This is more than just scheduling shifts. You’ll be a strategic player, ensuring we have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time. Your proactive planning will keep our warehouse running like a brand new tap, guaranteeing timely product delivery and happy customers.

• Become the Rota Rockstar: Craft and maintain the warehouse rota, ensuring colleagues are perfectly placed to meet ever-changing demands.
• Bridging the Teamwork Gap: Collaborate with the warehouse floor, HR, and recruitment teams to foster a collaborative environment.
• Staffing Sherlock: Proactively identify and address staffing needs, ensuring a well-oiled workforce delivering exceptional service.
• Resourceful Robin: Work with HR and the Warehouse Operations Managers to develop people plans and identify multi-skilled employees.
• Planning Powerhouse: Produce forward plans for all operational activities regarding equipment, space, and people.
• Container Choreographer: Work with the Purchasing department to schedule container arrivals with the perfect crew for the job.
