Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Warehouse Operations Team Lead to oversee the warehousing operations in all locations. The Warehouse Operations Team Lead will work closely with the finance team and the CEO to develop, implement, and optimize systems that standardize and enhance our inventory strategies. The role involves managing processes related to receiving, inventory counts, and picking equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
  • Experience in the home healthcare industry is desired
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
  • Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are required to address issues related to inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and CEO to develop and implement inventory strategies.
  • Standardize and optimize inventory management systems and processes.
  • Manage receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Oversee the picking equipment and ensure it is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to track and measure the performance of warehousing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reviewing Inventory on a regular basis – optimize inventory turnover
