Job Title: Warehouse OperativeDepartment: WarehousePosition Reports to: Warehouse & Facility ManagerLocation: Parkwest (offsite work may be required)Key Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to)•To assist within day-to-day duties within the Filestores business, including warehouse, special operations and projects tasks.•Picking/refiling files and boxes.•Sorting and preparing customer orders.•Working as part of a team to achieve daily objectives.•Following all relevant processes and procedures.•Maintaining housekeeping and warehouse organisation.•Maintaining accuracy and quality of inventory.•Safely operating forklift and reach trucks as require (training can be provided)
Principal Qualifications Required/Preferred: • Leaving certificate or equivalent.• Forklift and/or reach licenses desirable.

Personal characteristics: •A professional and very dynamic person that can adapt to the ever-changing environment of Kefron.•Must be high energy and self-motivated and deliver on agreed commitments in a professional and timely manner.

  • Excellent communications and relationship management skills.
  • Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious.•Strong organisational skills to deliver on customers’ expectations.•Ideally has proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
