JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Operative to support in day to day operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective management of inventory, order production and working collaboratively with processing teams. This role requires high attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven 3 years working experience in a warehouse production role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to a high pressure time sensitive environment
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • IT literate, including MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Scanner experience helpful
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Excellent team player
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
    Must be based in Sidcup or surrounding areas as this a full time on site role.

Responsibilities:

  • Check incoming goods and materials and record discrepancies, resolving any issues with office admin
  • Order Preparation – requires experience in complex piece picking / single order picking
  • Complete basic production functions, basic assembly and provisioning of connected devices
  • Provide stock control checks and regular updates to the warehouse manager and Quality Control Team regarding any issues or stock shortages.
  • Maintain the warehouse and stores area and equipment in a tidy, orderly condition, follow safety regulations, and ensure security.
  • Manage courier bookings for UK and IRL
  • Carry out regular stock inventories and keeping quality standards high for audits
  • Manage warehouse space and locations
  • Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labelling operations, and sorting.
  • Perform related duties as required by the Warehouse/Stores Manager.
