Main purpose of job:
To support the Clinical Warehouse Supervisor, with the operational activity and performance for all warehouse staff and facilities in a safe, environmental, efficient and Quality GMP/GDP compliant manner. Leading continuous improvement in training projects to ensure improvement initiatives and streamlined operations are achieved.

Main Responsibilities

  • To perform warehouse operations including the picking of product, goods inward and despatch including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
  • To complete all duties under warehouse ownership, such being cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc.
  • Support the Clinical Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing warehouse operations.
  • Assist in training/coaching new team members.
  • Support cover of coordination of workload in Shift Supervisors absence.
  • Ensure facility is secured when working a late shift.
  • Act as a point of contact within the Warehouse to manage related queries.
  • Support Deviation identification of CAPA actions.
  • To document any changes to controlled areas by the logbook system.
  • Support all other areas of the business and provide support to any queries in a timely manner.
  • Support all levels of management with continuous improvement and growth of the business.
  • To assist with the maintenance of equipment.
  • To comply with the Company’s Health and Safety standards and workwear policy.

Outcomes Of Role

  • Shipments are received and booked in within a timely manner.
  • Despatched products accurately and on time.
  • Be proactive in any communications.
  • Returned product is reconciled accurately and in-line with the department KPI’s.
  • All shipping materials are available when required.

Specific Qualifications
Forklift truck licence is desirable
Previous Work Experience
Previous Pharmaceutical experience desirable.

Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel and Word
