Shift patterns: Monday - Friday - rotational shifts - 04:00 - 12:00 / 10:00 - 18:00

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Planning Scheduler to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, you will
- Use of a variety of systems to translate volume into a delivery schedule, in-line with depot budget and Service Level Agreements
- Once delivery schedule is complete, review the process and feed in any recommendations to ensure schedules are constantly improving. This will be completed daily.
- Communicate with the warehouse and transport function ensuring that the delivery schedule is on time and achievable
- Plan and preparation of daily store delivery schedule, assisting the Planning Team Manager in the planning and review of resources, to achieve optimum scheduling
- Liaise with Central Transport Planning to allocate space on the load plan
