  • A strong background in continuous improvement practises.
  • A history of positive engagement within the wider supply community, linking business units, and collaborating on external partnerships to deliver on projects.
  • Self-driven leadership quality, taking full ownership of your operations.
  • Proven strategic partnership and relationship management acumen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, lead, and execute cost-saving projects across warehouse operations.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance performance and drive daily improvements.
  • Conduct thorough gap analyses for key distribution KPIs, encompassing safety, quality, service, inventory, cost, productivity, and team development.
  • Employ your supply chain expertise to add value and drive substantial improvements.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise supply chain planning.
