Description:
The post holder is responsible for providing Supervisory and Administrative Support within the Warehouse Service Support Team based in our Regional Warehouse.
The main responsibility is to oversee and supervise all data input of requests for stock via the Oracle Warehouse Management System [WMS] and the Automatic Data Capture [ADC] system whilst adhering to the Business’ ISO/Quality framework.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This will involve sets of daily tasks to be undertaken in a range of duties such as; clerical and administrative support, dealing with all aspects of Warehouse Support Services, including courteous and efficient Stakeholder requests via Action Point System, data input via the Oracle WMS System and via the ADC system whilst adhering to the Business’ ISO/Quality framework.
Supervising and Allocation of the Collection and data for stock replenishment for hospital departments and community sites. Effective stock purchasing, nil stock reductions, raising orders, Ensuring all deliveries are receipted onto Oracle system and reporting shortages, receive and deliver goods to ward, liaising with warehouse staff, customers and suppliers.
