Warehouse Specialist (m/w/d)

JOB SUMMARY

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in Frankfurt as a Warehouse Operations Specialist (in our FR7 location)? Join our team and become an integral part of our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the receipt, issuance, and storage of customer orders, overseeing warehouse sorting and inventory, and handling internal transportation with pallet trucks, hand trucks, or forklifts. Additionally, you will be involved in loading and unloading activities, document examination and archiving, conducting regular inventory checks, cargo securing control, and packaging waste disposal.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and good command of English
  • Educational Background: Completed commercial training in logistics
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience, preferably in goods receipt and material storage
  • Customer Service: High customer and service orientation
  • Work Ethic: Independent and meticulous work approach
  • Commitment: High level of commitment to the role
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Efficiently manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of customer orders

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee warehouse sorting, monitoring, and inventory management

Internal Transportation

  • Operate pallet trucks, hand trucks, or forklifts for internal transportation

Loading and Unloading

  • Perform loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently

Documentation

  • Examine and archive documents in compliance with requirements

Inventory Checks

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy

Cargo Security

  • Ensure cargo securing control to prevent damage

Waste Management

  • Handle the disposal of packaging waste properly
