Job Description

  • Responsible for executing and ensure the standards that contribute to the performance of the warehouse (SQCD)
  • Ensure the flow and distribution of material for production.
  • Monitor the movement of material, physical materials and systems (SAP).
  • Responsible of hire, develop, motivate and evaluate direct WH personal.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
  • Manage logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastes
  • Organize the training needs of teams
  • Performs activities related to safety
  • Coordinate efficient communication between all the Teams as per as shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory and internal material handling teams.
  • Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor’s activities1. Environmental aspects and impacts2. Handling of chemical products3. Waste management4. Management of emissions into the atmosphere5. Water management
  • Contribution and execution of actions for Safety, quality problem solving with root cause analysis and elimination of risks
  • Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and nonhazardous), water and energy consumption.1. Risk Assessment2. Noise3. Lightning4. Chemicals in the environment5. Personal protection equipment6. Load handling7. Legal requirements
  • Ensure the correct understanding of Safety and the environment, attend the training to which they are assigned, stop any process or machinery that is malfunctioning and report to the immediate supervisor or to the corresponding department.

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree.
English: Minimum 85% written and spoken.
