As a member of our management team, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory and logistics coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing the three pillars of success in our operations: inventory, logistics and team leadership.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Shipping & Receiving: Getting inventory in and orders out on time, cost effectively and accurately.
• Team Leadership: inspiring a performance driven team and leading them to new heights.
• Logistics Coordination: Finding the best way to move our orders to our clients cost effectively.
• Inventory Coordination: Making sure we have what we need when our customers need it.
• Process Improvement: Good is never good enough! Looking for innovative solutions so we can be better, be stronger, be the best we can be when it comes to order fulfillment.

WE WANT TO MEET YOU IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE TO US:

• that your 2+ years experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or a related field including your familiarity with an inventory management system will make us a better company.
• how you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and coordinate with external partners.
• how you will use your strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, accurately and so you can meet deadlines consistently with an attention to detail.
• how you problem-solve by identifying issues and then executing solutions to prevent delays because at Phoenix within every problem there lies the solution.
• how you will be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example for your team when needed, using your physical strength to lift up to 60 lbs and/or operating a forklift in a pinch.
