Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role involves responsibilities for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Oversees the warehouse operations, as receiving, put away, storage, materials preparing, shipping.
  • Tracks warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure the inventory accuracy goals by performing cycle counting routines and daily inventory reconcile.
  • Close follow up to production plans and fast execution in the materials fulfillment.
  • Development of standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Excel: Intermediate – Advanced level.
  • Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred in warehouse environment.
  • Work process improvement.
  • Experience as team leader.
  • Organized problem solver.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Collect and analyze data for KPI’s.
  • Dynamic, focused on results.
