EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3– 5 years of prior Warehouse work experience ideally in a leader capacity
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to express well-reasoned, independent thought.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities and implement changes
  • Preferable experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic, analytical, understands how to manage people effectively and leads by example
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Preferable ERP and/or EWM knowledge.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Logistics)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and oversee all aspects of TN MFG Warehouse Operations
  • Managing the efficient utilization of space
  • Maintaining standards of health, safety, and security in the work environment.
  • Adhere and ensure associates adhere to safety practices and compliance, also ensuring that associates receive the proper safety training and equipment applicable to their position.
  • Understand and manage key performance metrics as set by leadership team.
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Documents preparation for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Verify and sign off on all incoming shipments documents
  • Job material kitting / dispatch for physical and system operation
  • Create new location in tiptop if need
  • File all Documents related to warehouse include raw material and finish good
  • Measurements for all outbound shipments if need
  • Verify and ensure all paperwork for outbound deliveries is correct, copied, signed, and attached to product
  • Training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
  • Drive outstanding performance or formulate improvement plans/reviews; make termination decisions, as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
  • May perform other duties as required.
