Warehouse Supervisor

at  SEAWAVES FROZEN FOOD PTE LTD

• Oversee the operation of cold room warehouse, including material handling, order tracking, record stocks, operation as well as customer services.
• Ensure physical inventory accuracy by coordination with operation supervisor.
• Coordinate with operation department to manage inventory level between 2 warehouse locations.
• Provide inventory reports to customers as well as to finance department using a warehouse management system and excel.
• Organize & Maintaining documents
• Arrange container loading & unloading
• Take care the company phone & emails, answering & responding queries from customers
• Improve operational efficiency
• Managing logistic crew members

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required languages: Mandarin English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skills: WMS, Microsoft Office
• Preferably Entry Level Specialized in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Good communication skills as well as problem solving skills
• Work 5.5 days per week
