Our Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity
Our Warehouse Operations are the vital in exceeding our customer’s requirements and ensure our hubs are thriving work environments.
Our Warehouse Supervisors lead from the front and are very hands on when it comes to people management. Without their industry knowledge, leadership skills and passion for people development, we would not be the successful business we are today.

What you will be doing

  • Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, providing direction and leadership to a small team of colleagues, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse.
  • Ensuring the team comply with all company and departmental rules, safe systems of work and quality procedures.
  • Maintaining effective communication links with both line manager, other shift managers and team with pre shift briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Using a both manual handling and MHE to manoeuvre tyres of various weights and sizes.
  • Leading by example and promoting essential safety standards, good housekeeping and site best practice at all times.
