Value Windows & Doors, Inc., a leading Windows & Doors manufacturer in the Southern California area is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Moreno Valley, CA.
Summary Description: The Warehouse Supervisor supervises inventory control operations and teams according to established polices. Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. The Warehouse Supervisor assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, as well as in other duties and special projects as the need arises.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of inventory management experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Walk the talk, manage by accountability.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive change.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to travel to visit corporate offices, warehouses, vendors, and suppliers, including overnight travel if needed.

TRAINING & EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred. Associate degree required.
• APICS supply chain certification a plus.
• Proficient in ERP and MS Suite software required.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OSHA certification are a plus.
• Strong communication skills required both written and verbal.
• Spanish or Chinese language capability is a plus.
