Job description :The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supporting, mentoring and motivating the warehouse employees. Through leadership and best work practices, the Team Lead will ensure daily objectives are met and safety standards are upheld. They will also be responsible for the following:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience;
• Proven leadership abilities;
• Strong knowledge in warehouse procedures;
• Bilingual (Written and Oral);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Support, mentor, and motivate the hourly workforce in their daily operations;
• Maintain Health and Safety standards, while promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site;
• Build and maintain a shift plan within your process path (plan for proper staffing, set objectives, …);
• Responsible for the attainment of the daily objectives within your process path (including safety, customer promise, performance and quality);
• Maintain training and cross-training records;
• Validate accuracy of teams’ worked hours;
• Conduct daily team meeting;
• Conduct Weekly Safety Observations (report, act);
• Drive standard work and continuous improvement initiative.
