As Warehouse Team Lead you will be the responsible for the day-to-day site operations including warehousing, facilities, and Health & Safety, ensuring that business and customers’ needs are continuously met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:Not limited to but will include:Team Leadership:
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise the warehouse team. Providing training and guidance and carrying out quarterly reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Working closely the office co-ordinator and with direction from the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager you will manage the upkeep of Health & Safety requirements.
Safety Compliance: Work closely with the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager to ensure the facility complies with all safety regulations, assist in conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Safety Training: Collaborate with the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager to develop and conduct safety training sessions for all staff, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Emergency Preparedness: Assist the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager in developing and maintaining emergency response plans, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for emergencies.
Incident Reporting: Work with the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager to report and investigate all workplace accidents and incidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
Risk Assessment: Partner with the Warehouse, Facilities, Logistics & H&S Manager to perform regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and ensuring appropriate safety measures are in place.
