Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for providing high level warehouse and dock support to managers and other staff as required within the project guidelines. You will perform warehousing and distribution, logistics support and analysis, and general admin.

The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to):

  • Pick, pack and maintain stock in accordance with procedures for internal and external orders
  • Maintain and issue consumables paying attention to shelf life, wastage, condition and storage conditions
  • Conduct highly effective material dispatch, working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
  • Actively review and improve service delivery to ensure stock requirements are filled within agreed timeframes in regards to receipting, dispatching and issuing
  • Maintain warehouse and dock integrity including:
  • Allocating and adjusting stock locations
  • Ensuring stock is securely packed and stored
  • Monitoring and controlling access to authorised personnel
  • Ensuring stock is held in the correct Category and Condition and quantity
  • Using ERP system to accurately issue, deliver and receipt
  • Accurate stocktaking Conduct stock requirement management activities, including stock holdings assessments, sparing usage management, and burn down rate calculations.
