Job Description:
At our local office in Edmonton, Alberta we design and manufacture applications and electrical schemes for Motor Control Centers and Low Voltage Switchboards. We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Team Lead on the 1st shift (7:30AM to 4:00PM). This position will work a regular schedule and is expected to work overtime hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Should spent 70% of their time working as DVC PV (LWB2 activities) and 30% of their time working as DVC NPV (Team Leader activities)
  • Responsible for the performance of the process(es) through nonhierarchical activity of teams.
  • Aligns resources to needs, provide or obtain training where necessary for successful completion of standardized work
  • Leads short interval management (SIM) at line/process level and may formulate solutions and escalates barriers when necessary
  • Strong contributor to SPS and continuous improvement
