SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• WMS (Warehouse Manufacturing System) experience
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a team to deliver results
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Excellent leadership skills: communicate in a calm, assertive manner to clear objectives, provide feedback, suggest improvement for individual performance, coach and confirm competency
• Can prioritize and work within tight deadlines
• Can build a united team with an empathetic approach and first-class capability
