Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at Constellation Cold Logistics Ireland and oversee our day to day operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse management experience in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently day to day.

Experience:

• Team Lead: 1 year (required

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
• Coordinate shipments, ensuring they are accurately processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Use of both reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Oversee the accurate picking and storage of goods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
• Ensure that all health and safety policies, including temperature control and cold storage protocols, are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse equipment, ensuring all machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, is in good working condition.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure that warehouse documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Any other duties deemed necessary in line with the position.

  Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
