DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- To help achieve a team’s outputs against customer requirements and operational KPI’s, operating within clear guidelines in order to deliver quality and reliable service for the customer
- To co-ordinate and supervise the work activities of the team providing effective leadership, communication and motivation
- To identify and work to solve problems in line with the relevant guidelines or policies
- To deliver a detailed brief of warehouse activities
