• Providing motivation, leadership and direction to a small team of colleagues across all areas of warehouse activity, to include: goods received, put away, order picking from stock and vehicle loading/unloading, within an environment using manual handling methods and some use of MHE • Meeting daily customer driven targets and order deadlines, closely monitor performance, developing your team, motivating, all with a hands approach • Ensuring all operations always within a safe and compliant environment, maintaining high standards of housekeeping
