QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Warehouse and Managerial experience are beneficial
  • Computer literate (knowledge of Excel) required
  • The ability to motivate others to care about meeting our targets.
  • A talent for managing difficult situations and working effectively under pressure.
  • Water-tight organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for running the early morning warehouse operation within our facility in Cardiff.
  • Work Tuesday - Saturday, from 3.00am to 11.30am (1 hour break)
  • Managing the performance of the team and reassign duties if needed.
  • Organizing and motivating individuals in way that optimizes the entire team’s output.
  • Supporting other team leaders and work with management team to improve process.
  • Completing daily reports so that unseen opportunities can be identified.
  • Always ensuring services are delivered within specified deadlines.
