QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Warehouse and Managerial experience are beneficial
- Computer literate (knowledge of Excel) required
- The ability to motivate others to care about meeting our targets.
- A talent for managing difficult situations and working effectively under pressure.
- Water-tight organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work Saturday, from 3am - 12pm
- Managing the performance of the team and reassign duties if needed.
- Organizing and motivating individuals in way that optimizes the entire team’s output.
- Supporting other team leaders and work with management team to improve process.
- Completing daily reports so that unseen opportunities can be identified.
- Always ensuring services are delivered within specified deadlines.
