As our company grows, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our dynamic warehouse team as Warehouse Workers.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are handled efficiently and safely within the warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate deliveries. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. We offer training for motivated individuals.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization to ensure precise inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic Computer Skills: Experience with inventory management software or scanners is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspecting: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Stocking & Organization: Store materials in designated areas and maintain an organized warehouse layout.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are stocked properly for quick access.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload products from delivery trucks and distribute items to designated areas.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
