Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Warranty Administrator supports the daily operations within the Service department, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and department efficiency. Working closely with the team of Service Consultants, the Warranty Administrator manages the customer loaner fleet, processes internal work orders, submits warranty claims to the manufacturer, and manages service appointments using the warranty schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in dealership parts or service department is required
  • Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Clear understanding of repair times for efficiently scheduling work for Technicians.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities
  • Transportation to and from work is required
