Are you passionate about managing global ship guarantee plans, coordinating with yards and owners, arranging support engineers, and overseeing guarantee claims? MacGregor is looking to hire an ambitious and results-oriented candidate to join our Warranty team.
MacGregor is a leading provider of integrated cargo and load handling solutions for the maritime industry. Our equipment is installed on more than half of vessels worldwide, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability for shipowners and operators. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class support to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and are seeking a Warranty Manager who shares our commitment to exceptional service.
This role is part of our Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

• Coordination of guarantee matters/claims
• Generate non-conformities
• Lead significant guarantee-related projects
• Provide technical support for guarantee claims
• Oversee guarantee costs and billing
• Process invoices
• Create orders in SalesForce
• Transfer additional orders to Newbuild or Service
