As a Warranty Performance Director within Global Warranty you’re responsible to lead a specific Region/Importer according to the below noted activities:

• Follow up on performance metrics towards the NSC (National Sales Company)
• Create and provide warranty policies
• Secure policy compliance at retailer
• Provide necessary tools and processes
• Provide guidance and support to NSC
• Drive efficiency improvements
