HE ANGITŪTANGA: THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a 1x permanent full time Waste Advisor to contribute to our Waste Management and Minimisation Plan. Whilst the role is regionwide and requires travel, it will be based in our Albany office.
As a Waste Advisor, you will build and manage relationships and work collaboratively with our stakeholders with a customer service focussed approach. You will facilitate efficient service delivery of all existing and new waste management contracts related to the inorganic, recycling, rubbish and foodscraps collections.

Day-to-day aspects of the role:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our work provides our customers with value
  • Resolving collection escalations and concerns including field work and visits
  • Conduct timely audits and reporting on our suppliers
  • Ensure to manage health and safety for our stakeholders including suppliers and contractors
  • Relationship management and collaborations with all our stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers and contractors)
