JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Waste Logistics Project Manager, you will work alongside other team members to oversee the daily operations of our vendors and ensure compliance with established requirements.

  • Compliance management will be a key focus, including the development and maintenance of procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable standards regarding waste treatment and reporting.
  • You will be monitoring vendor performance, including the development and implementation of evaluation methods, as well as follow-up and reporting on the vendor’s performance in relation to established requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include budget management and invoicing for operational services to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder engagement will be an integral part of the role, involving the building and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and externally
  • Additionally, the role will include identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in waste management, while also participating in daily operational tasks.
  • Supervise and follow up on our external suppliers, including coordination and performance evaluations, ensuring the best possible conditions for successful service delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our external operations to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • In addition to expertise in the waste management industry, you possess a strong understanding of logistics.
  • You excel in maintaining a comprehensive overview, working in a structured manner, and proactively initiating process optimization when opportunities arise.
  • Your attention to detail is high, and you have the ability to gather necessary information to successfully complete tasks.
  • Having the right personal profile, the ability to build relationships, and operate across the organization at all levels and in all professional communities is highly valued.
  • Additionally, if you have strong analytical skills and a good grasp of numerical concepts, we are eager to hear from you.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English is required.
