We are currently hiring for the position of General Labourer at our Brantford, Ontario location. This is a full-time, permanent role with a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • A combination of education and experience related to Waste Water Treatment or equivalent
  • Experience as a Wastewater Treatment Operator considered an asset
  • Forklift experience is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Able to complete general labourer dutie

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wastewater Loading and Offloading:
  • Sampling and Analysis: Collect wastewater samples for all incoming and outgoing waste to monitor water quality and ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow and comply with all government legislation and company policies related to safety, environmental protection, and wastewater treatment.
  • Containerized Waste Bulking: Safely handle and bulk containerized hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to regulatory requirements.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and transport materials, including waste containers and treatment chemicals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients and ensuring job requirements are met professionally.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete required documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and compliance records.
  • Additional Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • A combination of education and experience related to Waste Water Treatment or equivalent
  • Experience as a Wastewater Treatment Operator considered an asset
  • Forklift experience is an asset
