You will join our Industrial Wastewater department. As our new Sr. Wastewater Treatment Engineer your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Technical project delivery of a range of water and environmental control systems engineering projects
  • Actively engaged in client development, cross market, cross service line/spearhead and/or cross geography collaboration.
  • Manages the development, planning, execution and close-out of large complex engineering projects, in accordance with the Ramboll Project model, and in accordance with metrics set in the RAM Power BI Dashboard.
  • Provides technical and financial oversight/guidance to project team in accordance with the Ramboll Project Model.
  • Manages budgets and scope, project team resources, schedules, subcontractors/subconsultants, procurement, project risks, KPIs and cash flow.
  • Manages project conformance with respect to quality and safety guidelines as specified in the Ramboll Project Model.
  • Demonstrates ability to obtain repeat business from existing clients.
  • Achieves positive client feedback as determined by project closeout and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Mentors others to develop their project management skills, in collaboration with Division/People Managers.
  • Proficient in Maconomy and CRM.
  • Proficient at developing project scope, schedule and budget, and assembling and managing project team/resources that are proficient in the technical aspects of the project.
