Description:

Water Hygiene Team Leader
Location: Bristol
As a Water Hygiene Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting, helping, training and mentoring field-based service engineers. You will provide support with the delivery of toolbox talks, the roll out and administration of company procedures and audits.

As a Water Hygiene Team Leader, you will be:

  • Undertaking allocated planned maintenance water hygiene tasks & inspections as per schedule
  • Assisting the Contracts Supervisor in Leading and motivating a team of site based technical engineers and the management of health & safety arrangements.
  • Working with the Contracts Supervisor to help ensure compliance of all works within client requirements, scope and specification.
  • Assisting with the training & technical development of the field-based operations staff.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of Health & Safety procedures (e.g. Toolbox Talks, RAMS, etc) to the field-based operations staff.
