Water Softener Technician

Location: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Greater London and surrounding counties
Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 basic salary OTE £38,000

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Domestic plumbing knowledge and experience (minimum 2 years)
• Previous experience working with Water Softeners or Drinking water systems (Preferred but not essential)
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience in customer facing roles

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full UK driving licence
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to take ownership
• Can do attitude

You will be the face of Kinetico in our customer’s homes, installing, servicing or repairing a range of water treatment products. Whilst previous water treatment experience is valuable, it is not essential. Your main priority is our customers and ensuring we at Kinetico provide “Exceptional” customer service.
