• Analyzes, research, and documents studies conducted on system operations and maintenance activities.
• Reviews televised inspections of conveyance pipes and performs conditioning assessments.
• Performs drainage analysis in existing and new developments.
• Coordinates with maintenance crews.
• Conducts channel inspections and detention ponds.
• Develops inspection reports from field visits to share with other stakeholders.
• Assists with the development of performance metrics and quality tools.
• Coordinates the collection, verification, and analysis of operational data to support various project initiatives, such as benchmarking various types of activities and services, and evaluation/cost justifications of proposed capital projects and other special projects.
• Analyzes trends in the various operations and maintenance activities as assigned and makes recommendations to improve such activities that impact the systems¿ performance.
