We are currently seeking a HR Manager for our Medellin Office located in Medellin, Colombia

This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. And we are opening the Hub in Medellin
As a HR Manager you will directly report to the Roca Alliances Operations Director and will work in ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures the talent needed to meet its business objectives while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace, as also elevating some recommendation of action items to the Roca Alliances Operations Director in order of achieving the hiring goals for the Medellin office.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Experience: 7+ years in HR, with experience in areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, or compliance. As well as a awesome understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Colombia
✔️ Proficiency with HR software and systems as well as experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️ IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and understanding of technical skills required for IT positions.

Responsibilities:

Lead: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and development.
Strategize: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions, with a focus on IT roles.
Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure successful hires.
Analyze: Track recruitment metrics and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Hands-On: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all type of Mid and Senior positions and complex IT positions as needed.
