QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft integration development, focusing on complex integration solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub.
  • Proficient in MuleSoft connectors, DataWeave, and RAML.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API-led connectivity.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) and other relevant technologies are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification.

Governance: Ensure adherence to integration governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

‍ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MuleSoft developers and integration specialists.
️ Integration Solutions: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Best Practices: Provide guidance and training on MuleSoft development best practices and integration patterns.
Collaboration: Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
End-to-End Process: Oversee the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering to delivery.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration needs, priorities, and project scope.
Technical Solutions: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations for improving system efficiency.
️ System Reliability: Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions.
Documentation: Develop and maintain integration architecture, best practices, APIs, connectors, workflows, and system monitoring documentation.

Governance: Ensure adherence to integration governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
